This program equips students with both the technical and business skills needed to manage an organization's IT resources. The MS in Management Information Systems is a STEM-designated program and can also be pursued with a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics, as a dual degree with the MBA, or in a part-time format. Additionally, Katz students may enhance their degree with one of several certificate programs offered by the University of Pittsburgh's School of Computing and Information.

Pair your Katz Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems with the Signature MBA program. This STEM-designated full-time, two-year program is designed to be completed in 21 months with time for a summer internship and an integrated learning capstone experience. The part-time programs start in the Fall (in-person or hybrid) or Spring (online or hybrid) and may be completed in 3-4 years.
