The Natural Gas, Renewables, and Oil Engineering (GRO) program is designed to support national energy security, address current issues around fossil fuel use and carbon capture, and guide the transition to cleaner energy sources. Students will gain the skills needed to evaluate energy systems' environmental, economic, and energetic impacts, and will graduate equipped for careers in energy engineering or for advanced study, with a broad, interdisciplinary perspective that positions them to drive innovation and sustainability across the energy sector.
